Phillm Productions was founded by David J Phillips in 2013. Unlike other independant production companies intent on producing generic quick turnover films, or ego-driven products just for the sake of making them, the goal of Phillm Productions is to take the due diligence to develop projects that speak on a more visceral level and offer something deeper and different than the normal. Highlighting the complexities of the human condition in all its raw facets is the goal of all Phillm Productions.
